ORGANIC
A vibrant and balanced coffee from the highlands of Planadas, Tolima, produced by a network of smallholder farmers growing traditional Colombian varieties at elevations up to 2,000 masl.
In the cup, it opens with ripe blackberry and crisp apple, bringing a gentle brightness that is structured and clean. This is rounded by a smooth milk chocolate finish, adding sweetness and body without overwhelming the profile.
The result is a refined, everyday coffee with clarity, balance, and a soft, lingering sweetness.
